MRT Food Sensitivity Test: Who Can It Help, What Does it Test, How to Get Started

You may have heard of the food sensitivity test called Mediator Release Test (MRT for short!).  If not, it’s a tried and true that help individuals significantly decrease inflammation and therefore decrease symptoms.

Who Can It Help?

The MRT Test is very helpful with those dealing with inflammatory disease symptoms such as:
